This is not a traditional first aid course. We understand that as a Tactical Law Enforcement Officer, you have a dangerous and fluid job to do. We realize casualty management in a high threat environment is not just about putting on bandages and moving the casualty to the ambulance. Situations are much more complex. Casualties will change and complicate the mission. Just because a casualty has occurred doesn't mean the mission ceases. Management will involve Tactical Rescue, casualty movement, treatment and in some circumstances getting the casualty back into the fight.

The Tactical Casualty Management - Tactical Law Enforcement Course is a comprehensive program developed specifically for the tactical law enforcement environment, intended to teach the Tactical Officer casualty management from the Point of Injury to the CASEVAC with respect to the larger tactical situation and the Officer's primary role.

This course can be run in conjunction with our TEMS Bridging Course as the TCM Combined Course. This allows standardization of training between the Tactical Officers and their Tactical Emergency Medical Support.
