A true one handed, one step releasable Combat First Aid Kit. The beaded pull handle can easily be identified by feel, even with gloves on. Our exclusive release system allows a gross motor pull to release the CFAK™ from its mounting panel. No fine motor skills required for a side release buckle squeeze with secondary pull to release it from Velcro® adhesion and no long straps hanging after the pouch is released. Just one handed grasp and pull. It also offers the distinct advantage of being able to be accessed while still attached to the panel without activating the release system. Simply unzip the pouch, and it remains secure on the panel. The pouch can be pulled away from its panel while it is open or closed in the exact same manner.

The pouch is significantly more secure than simple Velcro® or Velcro® and snap panel attachment and is not nearly as easily accidentally release if hung up. As easy as it is to remove, it is also fast and easy to reattach. It also has a quick close tab that secures the pouch closed without closing the zipper.

Externally, the front of the pouch has PALS that provide the ability to mount an external tourniquet pouch(es), rescue hook knife, trauma shears or other equipment. Gloves can also be stored in the flat external pocket, which prevents the requirement to unzip the pouch to access frequently required items. The front of the pouch also features hook Velcro® to attach patches to identify the pouch as a first aid/trauma kit.

Internally, the pouch features our patent pending 2nd generation Modular Adjustable Retention System™ - MARS™ for customization and versatility. Two large pockets provide storage areas for larger flat items.
